Privacy summary
This page summarizes how AVRAS handles assessment data. The organization that runs the assessment decides how its records are used, under its agreement with us.
Who can see assessment data
Assessment data belongs to the organization that collected it. No other organization using AVRAS can see it.
Report access, annotation and export are recorded, so a person can ask who has seen their report and when.
AVRAS does not sell assessment data and does not share it with employers.
Consent and withdrawal
Participation in an AVRAS assessment is voluntary. A person may stop at any point, and stopping is recorded as an unfinished session, not as a result.
A person can withdraw at any time by asking their counselor or their organization. Access to their records stops as soon as the request is recorded.
Copies, corrections and deletion
A person may ask for a copy of their report and their access history. Both can be produced from this portal by their counselor.
When records are deleted, the deletion covers the report, the scores, the activity data and any copy kept for analysis. A receipt is kept that holds no assessment content.
How long records are kept
A retention schedule is being agreed with customer organizations. Until it is published, records are kept for the life of the organization’s agreement and deleted when a documented request is completed.
For organizations
Organizations reviewing AVRAS for procurement, privacy or legal review can ask for our full data governance statement.
